As RA you will be responsible for managing data mining and data reporting activities pertaining to ops processes. You will be working with multiple stakeholders to understand data architect, usage and timely delivery of reporting metrics. With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Daily, weekly and monthly research activities: Data mining and understand the reason for defects2. Prepare and publish daily, weekly and monthly report on operations3. Set performance evaluation metrics4. Standardize operations, processes and reporting, 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst dealing with large complex data scenarios. A bachelors degree from a well-regarded institution in an analytical or business field, or comparable business experience. Knowledge of fulfillment tools Strong mathematical and data analytics skills Proficient in MS excel (knowledge of macros will be an added advantage) Intermediate proficiency with writing SQL queries, e.g. joining multiple tables, and using aggregate and analytical functions. Expert in data extraction experience using SQL. We expect robust basic foundational skills in SQL extraction. Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or another quantitative field preferred. Undergraduate degree or experience in computer science or another technical field is highly desired. Experience working effectively with software engineering teams. A Strong individual contributor who can work with minimal direction and oversight. Experience in an analytical role in the Quality Assurance function preferred Business analysts in any of the Amazon teams who have a flair for data crunching and generating innovative reports that drive actions Prefer candidates with similar experience in Tier1 Auto-component/ Automotive Manufacturing/ Electronics Industry Knowledge of Python/ Visual basic
