Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R& productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose: The position holder is responsible for performing bioanalysis which includes performing cell-based assays related to Immunogenicity.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the routine maintenance of general laboratory equipment and daily laboratory activities including decontamination of biological safety hoods, incubators, centrifuges, water baths etc. Perform a wide range of cell culture including establishing and maintaining a variety of cell lines for different programs. Prepare and maintain master and working cell bank for different programs. Prepare reagents in support of cell culture and routine analytical testing. This involves preparation of growth media for a variety of cells and preparation of buffers, and reagents to measure biological activities. Maintain inventory logs for necessary cell culture reagents and supplies. Perform cell culture assays, analytical methods by using different data acquisition system for e.g.; Meso Scale Discovery, AlphaLISA, Molecular Devices etc. Provide assistance/participate for the preparation of development/transfer plan, analytical methods, SOPs etc. Perform data analysist and present results for discussion. Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety. Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted companyEducational Qualification: Master s degree in Biological Sciences (Preferably Biochemistry background) or a related field.Technical/functional Skills: Should hands-on experience in cell based assays. Knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements e.g. Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), GXP, 21 CFR Part 11, European Medicines Agency (EMA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines.Experience: 1-3 years of total experience in Cell Culture preferably in Biologics / Biosimilar Industry.Behavioral Skills: Should be independent.
