Job description: Talent & Organization (T&O) Research Research Senior Analyst (Level 10) About the roleAccenture Research identifies and anticipates game-changing business, market and technology trends through provocative thought leadership. This role is in our global Talent & Organization research team.Key Responsibilities include:Conduct research and analysis to support thought leadership, points-of-view, identify key trends, and develop insights to drive growth. Analyze large datasets and interpret results using statistical techniques and data visualization tools. Draw on both traditional and innovative data sources and research methodologies to explore the key research questions in a logical, structured manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making. Co-Present findings and insights alongside research leads to senior management, using clear and concise language to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience. A basic understanding of topics related to future workforce, skilling, employee experience, talent transformation and HR operating models would be preferable. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and research methodologies.Your skillsDemonstrated proficiency in business research, statistical analysis, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)Experience in data cleaning, data analysis, and data integration from a variety of sources. Experience in survey design and development.Ability to work on statistical tools like SPSS and have basic to advanced knowledge on statistical methodologies like regression, cluster analysis etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders Exceptional presentation development skills Strong interpersonal skillsExperience with contributing to writing blogs, articles, reports, and by-lines for internal stakeholdersAbility to work on multiple engagements across different geographies, simultaneouslyAbility to work on short-term / time-sensitive / high-pressure research needs typically in a global and virtual environmentClear enthusiasm for research, and willingness to learn and growAdditional InformationQualification & Work Experience:Full time Masters degree (e.g., MBA, Organizational Psychology/Behavior, Statistics, Economics, etc) and a Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., BBA, Organizational Psychology/Behavior, Statistics, Economics, etc) is required. 2-3+ years of experience in data analytics and research methods, ideally within a business-facing research department or management / strategy / research consultancy or equivalent skills/experience Practical working knowledge of talent and organization-related themes would be a plusIntellectual curiosity and ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.Relevant experience in data science/ statistical/ quantitative research and data visualization Experience of producing reports & presentations to a publishable standard Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram, IndiaPreferred start date: As soon as possible,
