The Retail Channel Head will be responsible to provide insights on customer behavior and competition along with store performance and will take ownership of enhancing the brands offline image through various business strategies Responsibilities Take full charge and responsibility of the Indian region offline retail store expansion, which includes retail store expansion planning, finalization of location along with daily store operations management Improve the brand image, customer experience and customer service by retail store operation Achieve the company`s sales target by marketing campaigns and user operations To provide guidance to the Store Managers and company about stores performance on financial parameters such as revenue by category, SKU ( stock keeping unit) , Brand, gross margins, inventory turns, operating costs, and shrinkage, on a periodic basis. To analyze the spend pattern of customers through available transaction data. Monitor qualitative issues with respect to customer relationships, loyalties, repeat purchases. To segment customers based on the store transactonal data and provide insights for improved merchandising, promotional offers and loyalty enhancement programmes for the store To collate the local competition data collected by Sales Associates and other store personnel, make a comparative product pricing analysis and report the same to the store manager. Analyze peak sales curves based on seasonality, topicality and promotion led business cycles. Monitor sales personnel productivity Requirements 5 years of experience of managing offline retail channels in large electronic products, out of which at least 3 years of experience in the mobile phone industry Analytical skills and logical thinking Target oriented approach Great communication and negotiation skills Experience in Analytics and data modeling tools will be an advantage,
