Job Description

Responsibilities-

  • Participate as a member of the Finacle business consulting group to understand the clients business objectives and system needs and provide compelling solution for their needs in pre-sales situation.
  • Response to the queries (EOI RFI RFP) from the bank , Understand customer business processes, understand customer requirements, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment, lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to the customer.
  • Solution Evaluation and Recommendation: Arrive at possible solution alternatives that factor in gap resolution, impact on related functional areas, acceptability of the solution to the user community, technical feasibility and efficiency using inputs from own experience, secondary research and other project case studies.
  • Analyze the requirements by demonstrating strong processsolution product knowledge, understanding of the businessIT scenario, understanding of constraints in implementation and technology.
  • Participate in JAD sessions, review the solution from end to end process perspective with implications in related functionalproduct areas and arrive at solution alternatives to bridge the gap.
  • Lead the detailed solution design in small engagements, review the work of team members and seek assistance from superiors for complex design decisions in order to deliver detailed to-be design flows, Configuration Sheets, detailed Functionalprocesssystem specification documents, Fit Gap analysis and other supporting documents to describe the solution design.
  • Prepare and present proposed solution.

Technical and Professional Requirements-

  • 2-14 years of total experience in the banking product consulting and or banking business.
  • Experience in the local Banking industry, and knowledge of banking business processes requirements.
  • Experience with general consulting skills that include effective communication, engaging presentations and networking.
  • Understanding regulations related to retail and corporate banking business., Knowledge of digital practices in market.
  • Location of Posting will be driven by Business Requirements.
