    1. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
    2. Integration of data storage solutions like MYSQL, Redis etc
    3. Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
    4. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
    5. Maintain code quality, organization and automatization.
    6. Work with customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions accordingly.
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    1. Educational Qualification Any Bachelors degree |Any Computer Graduate, MCA OR MSc Computer Science | BTech/MTech in Computer /IT.
    2. Prior 3+Yrs Experience as ROR Developer- Experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque
    3. A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code & understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
    4. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
    5. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, Bootstrap
    6. Good understanding of server-side templating languages ERB, HAML & server-side CSS pre-processors
    7. Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful
    8. Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
    9. Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
    10. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
    11. Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
    12. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools GIT.
    13. Familiarity with development aiding tools such as Bower, Bundler, Rake, etc
    14. Rest API writing, integrating third party like payment gateways, SMS gate ways.
