Job Description

DescriptionKronos is looking for experienced and dynamic sales professionals to join Kronos, the global leader in workforce management solutions.As part of this role the candidate will be responsible to manage sales directly for all accounts in the Services & Distribution space in Southern India. Incumbents at the Manager level are individual contributors and carry their own sales quota.Some of the key responsibilities of the role are as below: Sell business applications software/ solutions and related services to prospective and existing customersManage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planningDevelop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value propositionNegotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencersManage an ecosystem of partners both resellers and system integrators to drive higher velocity in salesYou must be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record within verticals like Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, IT/ ITESHighly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record.Ability to interact with CXOs and build relationshipsTraveling extensively by plane or by carQualificationsJob duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgmentField sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experienceTeam player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts, can ask hard questions to uncover the truthExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be requiredPreferred Qualifications: Strong educational credentials. Preferably MBA from a top tier instituteMust demonstrate confidence, character, and leadership and communicate effectively under pressureMust have enough technical skills to use Kronos demo tools, databases, and to function professionally with their own PCHighly developed presentation skills.
