Logistics , Freight forwarding , Sales , BD , Marketing , International (Import , Export)To develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans based on market status and trend to reach projected result and performance To support and manager Local Sales , CS / OP team , to promote primarily Ocean and Air Export along with Air Import / Ocean Import / Third Party / Cargo Insurance etc New business acquisition against target with the help of sales team Existing business development target from the current business Gathers all information related to air / sea movement & evaluates each customer to determine the feasibility Regular training to the subordinate for better handling of shpt movement & pushing for better margins & Profit Responsible for product growth , product performance and revenue number Works with cross - functional colleagues to ensure the best support for the easy operational activity To lead and manage annual business planning and budgeting , also execution and implementation of the aforesid Sell & promote our products to Importer & Exporter markets Carry out the individual sales KPI and strategies towards set targets & objectives Follow up on sales lead and convesion rate Supporting ocean / Air Pricing and Rates Supporting Tenders / RFQs Sales & Marketing analysis and stats Telemarketing and Promotions for Air and ocean export business Monitor all VIP customers movements / trends / activities Weekly / Monthly Sales Activities & Performances reports To approach MNC and other major customers assigned by management. To pro - actively communicate / coordinate with worldwide offices / agents for business developments towards mutual benefits Focus on sales / marketing promotion in specific industries as per assignments by the Company Review with the team & customer on regularly basis on performance level,
