Job Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales reps as a key member of the Sales Operations team. This position will be essential to the sales activities and communications between prospects, current customers and channel partners.Main tasks are:You will collaborate with the sales representatives and sales leadership to deliver administrative support that optimizes the team s performance.The Sales Operations Coordinator will engage in sales administrative duties in the areas of CRM/SFDC, documentation, Order management, reporting, pipeline and SW Delivery. And will provide updates and training as needed.You will maintain effective communications with corporate teams across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of the sales team and customers.The Sales Operations Coordinator will provide customer service and help the sales team meet their targets.You will manage the Stock, SW licensing and solve any key related issues.Job requirements:Ability to respond and react to internal and external customersClearly communicate & set expectationsAbility to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticalityDemonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skillsDemonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired resultsDisplays troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills, know when to act quicklyPreferred- Bachelors degree in a business-related functionMinimum of 1 year of business experiencePreferred experience with sales teams, sales partners or b2b customers,
