    • Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to
    • avail gold loan products.
    • Responsible for lead generation
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling
    • Convincing prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive
    • Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service
    • and identification of potential new sales opportunities
    Skills & Requirements Must haves
    • Languages - Kannada and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
    • Good communication, presentation and retention skills
    • A knack for establishing rapport with customers

    • Must have a bike to travel
