Job Description

    Assist walk-in customers at Ather Retail Space and ensure best customer experience.Demysify the Ather 450 X scooters, Charging solutions and the ownership model by giving detailed product demos and test-ridesInteract with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, asking questions and providing relevant solutions/ answers and walk them through the whole processfrom pre-order/ booking to deliverySupport dealer revenue objectives by ensuring that monthly sales targets are metEnsure a seamless delivery experience to Ather customersPerform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of Ather vehiclesExecuting marketing events to drive more sales while maitaining superior customer experienceResponsibilitiesAssist walk-in customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, while asking the right questions and listening carefully to ensure best customer experience.Explain the ownership models in detail and act as a consultant to help the customer make the right buying decisionProactively consult and guide customers to the appropriate next step in the sales process,test ride, vehicle pre-order, finance and lease options, delivery and handover toservice.Promote any Ather merchandise and accessories available for customer purchase, explain in detail product features and benefits.Use outstanding communication and listening skills to ensure payment options meet your customersexpectations; close the deal.Help transition customers to our Service departments to support their ownership experience, selling the quality and convenience of service repairs and/or aftermarket partsand accessories available in the service departments.Assist in maintenance of inventory display to keep the customer experience as smooth as possible.Ensure time management, opening/ closing SOPs are followed at Ather Experience CentreDeliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork.Additionally:Supporting the sales ops team at the dealership to complete their tasks by being the single POC to the customerEnsure excellent process hygiene while using DMS or when handling paperwork and support dependent teamsTest Ride vehicle managementNew Vehicle Delivery ManagementEnsure smooth execution of all marketing events
