Job Description

To augment our Salesforce.com consulting practice, Suyati is currently seeking to hire a Salesforce Technical Lead to support our projects. The Technical Lead must be responsible to guide and steer the application development team on project implementation testing based on the technical requirements and architectural design guidelines provided. The candidate will work with a variety of people (program managers, technical peers and architects) to ensure that maximum value is delivered to the clients. The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.

The candidate must possess super communication, analytical and time management skills. In additional, he/she must demonstrate ability and desire to continually learn new technologies in a changing environment, analytical and problem- solving way of thought, overall resilient, flexible and enthusiastic personality.

Applicant must be an Indian citizen or permanent resident.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate project development mastery with the expertise on Salesforce CRM Force.com platform.
  • Lead the project development team with the responsibility of timely quality delivery.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (out of the box features, customization patterns).
  • Use the knowledge of Salesforce products to refine the solution strategy.
  • Applied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions.
  • Mentoring the Application Development Team with the knowledge on latest Salesforce features releases.

Requirements:

Experience in providing project oversight and technical guidance for salesforce.com applications. Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision making and problem- solving skills.

  • A bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 7 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience.
  • Exposure to server- side and client- side languages (.NET/Java, Javascript).
  • Strong Understanding of Object Oriented Programming Concepts.
  • Ability to understand and comprehend UML Diagrams.
  • Hands- on programming experience is a must.

Experience in Salesforce with end- to- end implementation in the following areas:

  • Technical Lead experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Data Modelling, Security Model, Declarative Customization approach.
  • com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits).
  • Experience in working with Salesforce.com 3rd party apps.
  • Good understanding and implementation experience on Apex Classes/Triggers/Managed Packages/Metadata.
  • Strong experience working with Integrated Development Environments (IDE) for salesforce development.
  • Supervisory experience on Salesforce Release Regression Testing and Maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Conduct Code Review of the Team Members.
  • Hands- on experience on Lightning Aura Framework/Lightning Web Components/Lightning Design System.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionalities.
  • Experience with Release Management (Changesets, ANT Packages) Version Control Systems (GitHub/TFS).
  • Experience working on Data Loaders/ETL Tools.
  • Experience with ReactJS is an added advantage.

  • Product development experience.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools.
