Sony India Software Centre (SISC) - Description: Mandatory Skills: SAP BASIS Administration. Should be able to lead a team of 15 members. Should be very strong on the technical and managerial areas. Should have experience is solution and Architecture areas. Should be good in providing various solutions and Architecture to Customer. Should have experience in SPS, EHP, Version and Kernel upgrade. Should have experience in ABAP patching and upgrade. Should have experience in DB2/ Oracle/ Database administration skills. Extensive hands on - SAP ECC, BI, SOLMAN, JAVA systems, Support / Project. Should have experienced in Handling the L3 tickets, should have good skills in troubleshooting. Good knowledge in Solution Manager 7.2 managed system setup, system recommendation, DVM, ChaRM etc. Work experience in open text Archive server/ ICC/ VIM is an added advantage. Should have hands on experience on system refresh using DB2 backup/ restore method and system copies. Must have experience in RedHat Linux, Windows, Aix. Must have done DB upgrades, Version and fix pack upgrades. Should have hands on experience in Cloud computing / AWS. Should have worked on BW, BWA, BO system. Good knowledge is required on source system connection setup from BW and should have good knowledge in process chain monitoring and troubleshooting. Should have a sound knowledge and hands on AWS cloud / any other cloud. Should have good knowledge in BEX, BO (business explorer) installation and setup. Good knowledge in working with SL toolset tools like SPAM, SUM (Software Update Manager), SWPM etc. for different implementation scenarios. Should have good knowledge in EP portal administration and monitoring and SSO configuration. Experience in working with tools like BMC Remedy, ControlM will be an added advantage. Good knowledge in Wily Introscope, Solution Manager Diagnostics is preferable. Should have sound knowledge on Unix level scripts and interfaces. 24X5 support, should be able to provide weekend support / on- call support.,
