Job Description

*

  • Perform the BW application management for Vans DWH
  • Maintain and develop BW applictions - end to end with focus on BW backend
  • Testing of BW applications
  • BW application monitoring and alerting
  • Analysis of incident tickets
  • Manage data load schedules and solve process chains failures
  • Communication with business users or CoC members
  • Proactive identification, escalation and resolution of issues
  • Act as a counselor and mentor for other BI (BW, BO) associates
  • Improve support model and partner collaboration

  • Multiple years of experience with SAP BW and BW on HANA covering architecture, modelling ,extraction, ETL & Reporting
  • Experience & Good Knowledge in LSA ++ architecutre
  • Experience & Good Knowledge in BW on HANA concepts Hybrid Modelling including Native HANA Models
  • Strong OO ABAP skills from BW Perspecive [Routines, Classes, AMDP, Procedures ABAP CDS etc)
  • Experience & Good Knowledge on SAP BO Reporting Tools (Lumira , Fiori, SAPUI5)
  • Experience with operating and supporting BW applications as per ITSM ( Incident & Change Management)
  • Experience in BW Production Support processes (HOTO, Stakeholder management, )
  • Experience with any common ETL Tool& architecture (BODS Preferred)
  • Good knowledge & understanding on SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD
  • Preferred Knowledge with SAP DataServices and any other ETL Tool from SAP , Non SAP landscapes
  • Preferred Functional Knowledge Production Planning, Finance areas,
  • Good Problem solving skills
  • ITIL Knowhow
  • Domain Knowledge about automotive industry and related Business Functions
