Job Description

    *Technical Competencies SAP BW/HANA experience in Modeling, Extraction, Performance Optimization, and Web Reporting & Portal Integration. Must Support daily SAP BW and Data Warehouse extract processes as part of a rotating group with evening and weekend on-call responsibilities. Recovery of data load issues and mentor monitoring team. Hands on experience on release related activities (Transports etc) Should be able to handle Change requests and Bug fix corrections Expertise in BW4HANA, Native Hana, ABAP. Functional competencies Experience in end to end implementation is added advantage. Able to write, Understand, Debugging skills of ABAP code. Knowledge on ECC- functional point of view in SD/MM/FICO modules AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Accountable of critical issues escalated to level 3. Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested and follows-up those until they are properly closed according to process defined. Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization as far as testing is concerned. Liaise with regional / local support teams and testing factory to ensure that release validation process is done properly. Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions of partners (AM, Solution, MD and Testing factories) on his/her area. Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization regarding problem solving and enhancement. Contribute, review and validate Core bugs & enhancements specification. Contribute to testing and validation. Support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, transition to AM). SAP and bridge functional knowledge on his/her area. Ownership and accountability for issue identification and resolution, risk logging, progress reporting and progression through to resolution. Customer centric and capacity to deliver high level of service. , *Any Graduate Over all experience required is 8 10 years. Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP BW/HANA Modelling, Extraction, Performance Optimization, S4/HANA, Tableau
