Job Description

    Dear Applicants,We are Hiring forSAP FICO Consultant with 10 to 15 Years inHyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune (Hybrid) LocationsRoles & Responsibilities:CA/ICWA candidates are preferred but otherwise should be a Post Graduate as minimum educational qualification like MBA/MCom, etcShould have 10 plus years of experience in SAP FI and CO with S4Hana experience. Add on with FSCM, Funds Management experience would be added advantageMust have at least 2 Implementation or support projects on S4 Hana with experience in Product costing and COPA in Controlling moduleCandidate should have at-least two end to end project lifecycle experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation in complex business landscape (blueprinting, realization, go live and production support)Candidate must have experience in Indian company regulations, tax procedures.Candidate must have strong design and implementation knowledge of in key FI areas like AR, AP, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash Management and CO like Overhead Cost Management, Profitability Analysis, Product CostingSAP Finance (S4 Hana) Basic knowledge in FI submodules- GL, AR, AP & AssetsSAP Finance Month end closing activities, Validations and Substitutions & Reporting.Should have worked on two Implementation projects in Controlling in S4 Hana.SAP Controlling -Should have hands on experience in Overheads Cost Controlling, in product costing like product cost planning, cost object controlling and actual costing & ML, Profitability analysis, COPA Planning, Settlement, Month end closing processIntegration between FICO and other core modules like MM/ SD / PP /PSShould have strong Domain experience in FinanceLeadership experience, minimum 3 years in a team lead role. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top ManagementSAP Certification in preferredGood Business process understandingKnowledge of SAP Best practices and building blocksShould be able to design and configure business scenariosSolution focused - be able to provide solutionsKnowledge in User exits, BAPI and uploading tools like LSMW, BDC & LTMC.Developing functional specifications for new developments / change requestsDay to Day monitoring of tickets and work towards closureAnalyzing the issues and provide estimatesDevelopment of functional specification documents for changes and enhancementsIssue Resolution based on SLACo-ordinate with technical team to resolve the issues in the given objectsMust be a very good team player with good interpersonal and communication skillsRegardsTeam HREmail:hidden_emailContact :hidden_mobile
