Job Description

    Migration Lead - SAPResponsibilitiesPrimary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in Optimized Solution.Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.Plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution designConduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelinesActively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to BusinessTechnical and Professional Requirements:Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant experiencePassionate about data and has expert level understanding of Data Management & Governance conceptsFunctional understanding of data across any two business processes like Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, SRM, CRMUnderstanding of any of these: Global Data Synchronization, Product Information Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Orchestration software, BPM tools, AI/ML based solutions, Automation tools will be an added advantageHands on experience with Data Assessment, Data Migration Strategy, Data Migration Execution, Data Quality, Data Archiving, Data GovernanceWell versed with Data migration, quality, governance & management tools like SAP BODS, SAP IS, SAP MDG, SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Hub, Syniti ADM, SNP CrystalbridgePreferred Skills:Data Migration->SAP Specific Data MigrationETL - Data Integration->SAP Business Objects Data Services (SAP BODS)Educational RequirementsBachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, *Certification in ABAP on Hana will be added advantage.Priror experience in S/4 landscape will be advantage
