  • Bachelor s degree in any field
  • Certification in any of the mobility application / Exchange
  • 8-10 years of IT experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobility administration.
  • Win 10 Ceritified
  • MCSA / MCSE certification.
  • Exprience in Active Directory
  • Advnaced Level Experience in SCCM &Intune + Win10 with skillset of Solutioning and Implementing Intune
  • Good Working Experience in Packaging + myIdentity
  • Advance level working experience in Blackberry Enterprise Server/Airwatch/Intune/MobileIron
  • Advance level working experience in Remote Troubleshooting of Blackberrys /Smartphones /Pocket PCs & Managing Data Transfer.
  • Excellent written, customer handling and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess advanced knowledge in all mobility applications & should be skilled for R&D activities, process & technology improvement.
  • Must have skills to troubleshoot complex issues related to Environment, Simulate Scenarios to reproduce the error/ problem.
  • MUST be MCSE, ITIL certified.

  • Resolve, Provide solutions to any kind of mobility issues.
  • Participate in monthly SDR ( Service Delivery Review).
  • Independently handle internal trainings on Mobility technology( Based on need identified by SMEs/DMs)
  • Tech Talk for the respective teams in respective technology
  • Assist Delivery Manager In terms of SLA conformance, Targeted CSAT Score
  • Manage Customer interfacing activities - Manage Conference Calls ,Monitor/Manage customer communication
  • Identify SIP and other automation initiatives to avoid redundant works and to improve the efficiency along with SMEs and DMs
  • Ensure All relevant documents, Process, checklists are in Place for Audit and be ready to face the audit if required by Delivery Manager.
