Having Telecom experience is good to have.1.Strong communication, stakeholder management skills is essential2.Ability to independently manage all Agile/Scrum ceremonies for the team3.Ability to remove impediments for the team and to be able to deliver value as planned4.Ability to plan and track the work effectively sprint on sprint5.Ability to remove conflicts and help maintain team harmony6.Ability to track dependencies, and do risk management relevant to team7.Ability to work alongside the PO and RTE/GSM to align and work based on business priorities8.Exposure to LEAN/ SAFe is good to have9.Ability to manage and track metrics for the team, as required by program and help guide theteam to next level of maturity. Coaching experience is good to have.10.Exposure to DevOps working model is required11.JIRA/Tooling knowledge is essential. should be comfortable working in JIRA (or equivalenttool) to manage the teams scrum / Kanban boards.
