Next Generation Security Operations Solution Architect is responsible for the development of joint solution and service offerings with Micro Focus Strategic Alliances and Partnership Ecosystem. This position is responsible for the architecture, design, development, and implementation of emerging Security and Operations use cases, and collaborate with a cross function team to Develop solution architecture deliverables and underlying high - level designs to address business requirements. A key requirement is to identify opportunities to leverage technology to meet business requirements and present solution alternatives to stakeholders in terms of strengths, weakness, implications, risks, costs and benefits including a recommended way forward. Clearly define the upstream and downstream integration with other solutions. Conceptualize and support productizing the proto - type which can then be enabled as a go - to - market initiatives.

The ideal candidate will engage for scoping of projects against defined business needs and provide corresponding solution specifications. Should bring a proven track record of solving large, complex cybersecurity challenges and maintaining central knowledge repository for architecture models and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates sufficient consideration of the business needs as driven by business requirements and how technology can enable the business solutions.
• Assist in planning, design and development of solutions around approved security standards.
• Development of the program or project solution architecture to meet the business requirements
• Provide thought leadership within business ecosystem to form pragmatic ideas and initiatives that utilize current and emerging Cybersecurity technologies in the areas of Breach Defense.
• Aligns the project solution architecture to enterprise and security domain architecture policies, principles, standards, process and framework
• Identified solution alternatives to leverage technology to meet the business requirements, and present solution alternatives to stake holders articulating strengths, weakness, implications, risks, cost and benefits including a recommended way forward. This includes upstream and downstream integrations with other solutions.
• Presentation of the solution alternatives and design to the appropriate solution stake holders and governance process
• Guides solution delivery that enables solution designs to be realized and implemented
• Understand & interprets solution design documentation to identify & document impacts to the business & operational support teams
• Identifies, analyses, interprets and articulates business functional & non - functional requirements and business processes.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics or similar quantitative field
• Cybersecurity Certification or Specialization accreditation
• 10 - 15 years of working experience with Breach Defense Solution related Architect experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
