Job Description

    SIEM Implementation and OnboardingTotal Experience-3-5 yearsJob Location-Bangalore Must have
    • Needs to work in Shift Time as role assigned (e.g. US shift time)
    • Customer facing experience
    • Hands-on working experience in log sources onboarding with any SIEM solution e.g QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel etc.
    • Understands TCP/IP fundamentals. Can use it for troubleshooting issues.
    • Understands basic Azure / AWS cloud concepts
    • Has hands-on Linux skills
    Good-to-have
    • Hands on experience with Apache NiFi
    • CCNA or similar certification is a big plus.
    • Any other relevant certification.
    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Log collection and ingestion to our MDR platform from devices such as
      • Network devices (like Firewall, Switches, Router, Proxy, IPS, WAF, Etc.),
      • Windows, Linux servers
      • VM technologies such as VMWare, Oracle, Hypervisor etc.
      • All leading cloud technologies Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
      • Specialized tools such as CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Kaspersky, FireEye etc
    • Log analysis for onboarded devices and taking necessary steps to fix if any issues observed.
    • Preparing Technical Documents with integration architectural information and pictorial representations.
    • Exploring various approaches for log collection, documenting post successful completion and validation.
    • VM Creation and deployment on customer environment.
