Job Description

    Job Title: Track & Trace Analyst Role Description
    • Senior Track & Trace technical analyst coordinate, control, evaluate, implement and support a Global Track & Trace system
    • Incident & problem management, Outage & CAPA management
    • Responsible to evaluate change requests on a technical level
    • Actively contribute to release planning, testing and management
    • Contribute to validation activities, define technical testing requirements
    Job Requirements
    • Must be comfortable to work in Electronic City Location, Bangalore
    • 4-9 years experience as Track & Trace business analyst or project manager
    • BA / MA informatics or scientific background with strong informatics background
    • Familiar on a broad level with processes in pharma manufacturing and distribution
    • Experience with Serialization Systems
    • Excellent pharmaceutical Track & Trace knowledge acquired through activity as business analyst
    • Sound knowledge of processes and requirements for implementing software in regulated environments in particular GMP
    • Good Experience with Tracelink Life Science Cloud System or SAP ATTP/AII-OER
    • Knowledge of SQL
    • Good knowledge in database systems
    • Experience with PCE Mettler Toledo system is a plus
    • Fluent in English written and spoken
    • Experience to work in international teams including Europeans
    • Pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution experience in general is a plus
    • End to end knowledge on Serialization/Track and Trace process.
    • Knowledge of GS1 Standards for Pharmaceuticals
    • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical legislation requirements for Track & Trace; e.g. DAVA, DSCSA, China, Korea, Europe.Etc.
    • Experience with Computer System Validation.

    • Fluent in English spoken and written
    • Experience working in international organizations
    • Experiences in Tracelink
