Job Description

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience., Scrum Master for Oracle WMS Cloud The Oracle WMS Cloud team is growing We are looking for experienced Senior Application Engineers having donned the role of Scrum Masters to join our team. You will work as part of a dynamic team of experienced professionals that act as the central resource and the driving force for design, development, testing, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to general availability. Responsibilities: This position will work closely with Product Management and development teams for Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire). Candidate must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced release cycle along with a short learning curve. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the assigned scrum teams in adopting agile practices.
  • Interact closely with Product Owner of the Scrum team and other team members in adopting best practices of Scrum.
  • Responsible for the scrum team s deliverables and deliver on highly configurable software solutions meeting customer needs.
  • As individual contributor, contribute in development/testing of the product as the case may be.
  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
  • Support product management and development to provide education on agile processes as needed.
Qualifications
  • BE or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
  • 6+ years of total experience with atleast 3 years as Scrum Master or contributed as technical or functional lead.
  • Very good knowledge of Scrum Practices.
  • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum practices followed.
  • Should have hands on experience in design or development or testing roles.
  • Should have good experience and knowledge of Software Engineering skills.
  • Should have worked in developing software for enterprise applications especially cloud applications.
  • Good SQL skills.
  • Should have experience in working with different stakeholders within the team or across the team.
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work with and lead a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Experience in Supply chain domain or ERP will be added plus.
  • Knowledge of Build process and deployment will be expected.
  • Preferences, though not a hard requirement
    • We are seeking candidates that have knowledge of emerging technology such as Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Internet of Things, etc.
