Job Description

    Our client, a top tier global financial institution is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Sr. Associate - FP&A (Cost analysis and digital initiatives). You will be responsible for providing performance management, analytics, and reporting for Cost. The ideal candidate would have experience in Business Finance and extensive experience in driving automations and use of visualization tools (tableau & power BI). Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Provide end-to-end support to the Business Finance leads Regional and Group Finance team.- Analyze business management and financial performance, review highlight risks and opportunities and drive actions to ensure committed financial outcome.- Analyze the cost across actuals and plan.- Partner with Stakeholders, Global Process Managers & Owners to design and implement system changes.- Make presentations to give strategic analytical insights and present to senior stake holders.- Understand financial statements, develop meaningful analysis & interpretations as required to facilitate management decision making.- Lead automation initiatives wrt system enhancements and process improvisation. To be eligible for this role you will require: - Qualified Accountant CA, CPA, ACCA, OR MBA (Finance).- In-depth understanding of cost reporting structure, processes, and systems.- Significant experience of working with senior management team and of interfacing with and influencing senior stakeholders.- Experience in running automation projects and thorough understanding of visualization tools like Tableau and power BI is a must.- Should have good power point skills to derive data insights and present to stakeholders.,
