This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.PURPOSE:Cyber Security Services (CSS) is a critical function within Standard Chartered Bank operating under the overall purview of Technology Services .The CSS team is made up of cyber security thought leaders, who are accountable for the provision of a global set of cyber security services and products in order to maintain and continuously improve Bank s cyber security posture in today s ever evolving cyber security landscape.The CSS team protect the Bank from cyber security threats by delivering effective information security technology services, managing and responding to security incidents to ensure, and support the continuity and growth of Bank s business operations; and meet the both internal and external stakeholders expectations across 70+ countries and territories, in which SCB operates.As part of the Security Transformation activities within SCB, a new Network Security Service is being created. This requires a highly skilled and experienced Cyber and Network Security leader to build the new team and capability improve Bank s network security posture in order protect the Bank from complex cyber threats.RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Analyst for a critical project that designs and implements a new service capability in the space of Access Management and Data ProtectionRequirements Definition: Elicit requirements with efficiency, accuracy and attention using interviews, document analysis, and business process analysisProcess Design: develop relevant use cases, design business process and data flows, and specify functional/non-functional requirementsStakeholder Engagement: develop stakeholder management plan, ensure buy-in from relevant counterparts and manage dependencies across the project delivery lifecycle. Own and drive large stakeholder engagement and end-user deployment activitiesProject Implementation: oversee the implementation e2e2 by scoping and prioritizing deliverables, challenging existing assumptions and come up with alternative solutions in case of blockersKEY STAKEHOLDERS:Security Technology Service domain headsApplication Security Scanning & Remediation TeamsTechnology Services Infrastructure Engineering and OperationsDevelopment team leads for various CIO streamsCOMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS):Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field5+ years of Business Analysis experience ideally in the context of large, financial services organizationsGood understanding of cyber security and the challenges around implementing change in this spaceFamiliar with enterprise risk frameworks and the way large organizations govern risk thresholdsA highly analytical, process oriented, collaborative and creative individualAn individual that is willing to take ownership for driving change and challenge existing conceptsStrong communication and engagement skillsApply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.To view information on our benefits including our flexible working please visit our career pages .,
