This role provides business analysis for CLDM Data.It requires detailed analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions, processes and data in order to document the business requirements which are to be delivered by the technology team.The BA will manage the requirement development process for a project through elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of multiple levels of requirements (business, stakeholder, solution).The BA will be part of a larger pool of offshore and onshore business analysis teams.Responsibilities:Developing requirements (business, user and solution) and establishing traceability to the business visionIdentify, define and/or elicit data requirements across people, processes and systemsLead the data analysis and identify opportunities to improve the quality of dataObtaining stakeholder buy-in and signoff on requirementsManaging the requirements from initiation to closure by working closely with business stakeholders and technology delivery teamsMeeting stakeholder need and project budget/time constraintsEnsure defect free requirements through use of comprehensive and rigorous requirement elicitation techniquesPlaying a critical communications role by interacting with the user (business domain) and with the technology teamsEnsuring requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable and unambiguousCreate business value through the solution proposed and implementedStakeholder identification, analysis and managementLead discussion with the project team to clearly identify results needed to achieve business goals and needsSuggest process, system and improvements to create sustainable business valueAdhere to change management standards and proceduresExperience and skills:Critical thinking to be able to assess completeness and relevance of dataAbility to work proactively, independently and display strong initiativeStrong Analytical mind and skills to work with large amount of data and test themAbility to take initiative, identify opportunities and work effectively as part of a team and individually with minimal management oversightExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skillsInterpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision takingKnowledge of Client Lifecycle Management policies and processesKnowledge and experience of Entity Data / Static Data Management and/or Client Due Diligence processesKnowledge of Global Banking, its operations and data.Must be good in creating and maintaining documentationStrong problem solving and analytical skills; able to break down complex problems to identify core requirementsGraduate (10+2+3)/MBA (optional)5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder managementExperience of working in a collaborative, global teamShould have knowledge of Investment banking operationsStrong experience in Client lifecycleBusiness analysis certification (preferred)End to end client life cycle management experience (preferred)CDD/KYC knowledge (preferred),
