Job descriptionJob Title : Sr Business AnalystMandatory Skills : Supply chain BA with experience in life sciences/pharma and involved in technology implementations- Plan/lead and/or support assessments in collaboration with the business to determine scope, requirements and implementation strategy- Evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, anticipating and analyzing User Requirements- Lead and/or support RFI/RFP submissions for selection of technology enablers to support business capabilities (for ex, CMO collaboration platform)- Providing oversight, guidance and reviews to ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements- Support demand intake and prioritization/categorization of new initiatives/changes to ensure a successful outcome in partnership with business- Contribute and work with delivery organization to gather Resource ROM/LOE, vendor readiness, contract readiness, GxP/SOX assessment- Support determination of value realization within initiatives and projects.- Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members and management- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical teams- Managing competing resources and priorities- Staying up-to-date on the latest process, industry standards, best practices and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
