The Seniot Business Analyst will be responsible for independently executing and supporting day-to-day activities related to different Perpetual and SaaS Pricing operations activities. The role requires collaboration between India, Costa Rica and US team. The success criteria for this role are driving operation efficiency through timely and accurate delivery of SKU and pricing.The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and delivery of SKUs and delivery of monthly price books. The role will require driving rigor and continuous improvement in the operational process, quality check. This role may require working during off hours during product launches and quarter end periods. This would include (and not be limited to) activities like:Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlanning, directing, and coordinating the setups of SKUs based on the business needs and delivering within SLAActively participate & coordinate in ongoing projects with regards to feedback providing, addressing testing and training requirements for the teamCollaborates and engages with the team to focus on day to day operations, project activity, organizational developmentLiaise with functional groups such as Deal Desk, Revenue, IT Support teams etc as required to drive efficiency and new initiativesAnalyzing SKU/Prices issues for root cause and coordinates to provide solutionsProactively identify and assist with process re-engineering to eliminate non-value add activitiesEstablishing procedures and process flows for the execution of operational task and ensure team adheres to all compliance and proceduresEstablishing quality checks and validation process to drive high accuracyEstablishing SLA (Standard Level Agreement) for the delivery of SKU and pricing requestsParticipates actively in Process standardization (leveraging best-practices) through process improvements and system enhancementsAct as subject matter expert and comes up with process re-engineering & scalability solutions that nurture a positive working environmentResponsible for driving operational/team metrics that drive actionsFlexible to work in shifts during quarter end and month end timelinessRequirementsQualification MBAExperience 8+ years of industry experience with managing operational environmentPreferred Skills- Experience in pricing related profile, Project Management, Knowledge about Oracle/sales force, Advance Excel with VBA/Macros Knowledge,
