In this context, we want to build a strong Real Estate Intelligence capability including Master data management, authoritative source administration and advanced analytics.The role Join an exciting team and help drivie the transformation of our digital journey. As Senior Data Analyst and Planon administrator for the Global Real Estate team, you will : be the data domain owner of the real estate data and administrater of Planon, ourauthoritative source of data. You will be accountable of the definition and standards of Real Estate data and will ensure appropriate governance to improve and maintain quality of data. You will drive the integration with other tools / data base and ensure data quality with respective regions You will own and maintain the Global dashboards to provide visibility on our portfolio, 5 year plans and occupancy rate.Our Data Analysts are focused on enabling the business to leverage data and analytics to take informed decisions, monitor risks and ensure complianceKey responsibilities include: Planon administration: including, but not limited to user access, functional training Master data management: secure excellence in master data quality and maintenance, including identification of new needs, drive of data quality campaign, ensure Planon as authoritative source and proper reconciliation with other tools, including Collibra 5-year plan: drive and maintain 5-year plan, in regards to data quality and reconciliation with Planon Global dashboards : build and operate robust and scalable Global dashboards and visualizations automate data sets for analytical, reporting or analytical consumption, Kept informed of tool landscape evolution link with RE and enrich dashboarding when possible with new sets of data Perform monthly dashboards and standard analysis Analytics: Run standard analysis including, but not limited to badge analysis, CO2 emission, green capex, etc. Ad hoc analytics: i.e. proposals and deep dive analysis when needed, perform light statistical analysis and machine learning Support M&A and PMI activitiesWho You Will Interact With: Internal Network/ Stakeholders: Global and regional Real Estate Team Data Domain owners Data Governance team Group Finance SE Digital teams Planon systems administrators, * Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in Data management and understanding of data flows between system and interactions between their data domain and others Demonstrated experience in project management Knowledge and use of Business Intelligence applications/tools, especially Tableau Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel Ability to recognize and improve dashboard /BI interactions and improve intuitively/drill-downs Knowledge of Planon is a plus Knowledge of one more ETL tool (Alteryx, SSIS / Informatica / Tableau Prep ) and in programming languages Demonstrated experience in adapting to change Experience in encouraging collaboration within own team and also matrixed teams Ability to influence senior stakeholder to do the right thing [RG1] for data Passionate about learning everyday Demonstrated ownership and autonomy Fluent in English, both verbal and written University degree in a quantitative concentration: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent 2+ years of hands on experience designing, building and operating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or equivalent 2+ years of hands on experience working with databases and writing SQL queries 2+ years effectively communicating complex topics with non-technical users 2+ years applying statistical analysis 2+ years of experience modelling data in normalized, denormalized and graph structures Intermediate proficiency with Python and SQLPreferred Qualifications: Experience with AWS Experience with Databricks Experience wrangling data in Python leveraging Pandas, PySpark and SQL Alchemy Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake)
