*The EcoStruxure Global Customer Support team solves issues that customers are facing during engineering, commissioning and operation of their applications. We are organised around three geographical hubs: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.As Support Expert, your main missions will be:To analyze, reproduce and solve customer issues faced during the engineering, commissioning and operation of their application,To go on customer site to work on the issues when this is required,To manage best level communication with the front-office organizations (countries, regional support centers),To establish close collaboration with R&D based in Boston (US), Carros (FR), Bangalore (IN),To bring back the Voice of Customer to the Offer Creation team,To contribute to new offer introduction, by providing support for field tests.Document all cases as they come in with enough detail for another engineer to provide status or replicate the solution.Use all available resources to research and resolve cases.Provide timely customer communication regarding case status.Reproduce and document test cases for defects when requiredCreate knowledge articles when solution has not been previously documentedResolve most cases with minimum supervision.Contribute to continuous improvement., * Job Related Experience: 5+ years experience in the delivery of Industrial Automation solutions, which shall include PLC/SCADA design, development, FAT and commissioning using Schneider Products such has (Modicon, Quantum, Citect, Wonderware etc)Knowledge of various industrial communication protocols (modbus, modbus TCP, Profibus, DeviceNet,etc.) and communication gatewaysAwareness and understanding of process control fundamentalsExperience in working with ExoStruxure Process Expert/Hybrid DCS / PES would be added advantageStrong understanding of relevant industry sectors /process knowledge in (Mining, Metals and Minerals; Oil and Gas, Misc.Production, etc.) would be added advantage Added Advantages Networking, Communications and CybersecurityWireless field networks, Network Design, Integration, Cybersecurity Knowledge of Cloud Architecture (Microsoft Azure, SAAS, PAAS, IAAS trouble shooting etc) Knowledge of Middleware/ de-coupled IT/OT architecture Workflow implementation + Mobility Tools Profile: You shall have a strong process automation engineering background, and you have design, commission or operate process automation architectures.You shall have a strong knowledge in PLC and SCADA products.You shall have a strong customer service attitude, and understand that a technical issue is indeed a moment of truth in our relationship with the customer, giving us a unique opportunity to increase its loyalty to Schneider, and thus, securing our common future business.You shall be business oriented, and will turn support activities into business opportunities.You should have excellent communication skills.
