Senior Engineer - TestingApply nowDate: Apr 13, 2020Location: Bangalore, KA, IN, 562110Company: SLK SoftwareBASIC INFORMATION ON THE POSITIONPosition Name :- Senior Engineer - Testing - CA - TDMMandatory/Required Skills & LocationLocation: BangalorePURPOSE OF THE ROLEThis role is responsible for reviewing Software Requirements, identify test scenarios, design & execute Test cases, create automated test scripts, Defect Management & ensure high quality test deliverables to customer as per project timelines. Assist Test Engineers & Trainees on test scenario, test design & provide inputs to Test Leads on Test estimations, Strategy & planning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Experience in IT with extensive specialization on Test data management
  • Extensive knowledge in developing TDM solution with CA, Informatica or Delphix Test Data Management
  • Strong knowledge in defining the Data masking, data provisioning strategy, building Gold copy repository
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge on Insurance, Data migration, ETL and BI processes / DW
  • Strong knowledge of Mainframe systems, DB2 & IMS
  • Exposure to Testing Life cycle and understand end-to-end data validation for ETL & BI systems
  • Experience in Project management activities
  • Strong SQL Knowledge
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
  • BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA/MSc
  • Certification: ISTQB
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 4 to 7 years of testing experience
DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
  • Testing Concepts/Principles, Test Design, Test Execution techniques, Tools - HPQC or any equivalent Test Management tools, Peer Reviews, Understanding of test planning and automation
  • BFSI/M&SC domain experience
  • Analytical skills, Logical Reasoning
