Job Description

    Job Title Executive / Senior ExecutiveDepartment Operations - TelecomsLocation BangaloreReporting to Assistant Team LeaderQualification Minimum 10+2 (Pass) in any stream, (we dont hire freshers with BE/B-Tech/MBA/MCA/LL.B degrees), however experienced candidates having any of these qualification is eligible to apply.Experience 18 Months 2 years International voice experience. UK & US domain will be considered.Responsibilities & Accountabilities of Executive:To be responsible for helping customers save money or suitable packages for their needs for their TV, Telecoms and Broadband packages and supporting them through the switching process.Provide timely and courteous response while answering customer queries over the phone.Interact professionally during the calls and provide all the necessary information about product specifications and pricing to the fullest satisfaction of the customerMake independent decisions within pre-determined spheres of activity/ control and escalate any open customer issues to Assistant Team Leaders/ Line Managers without delay to facilitate meeting of production targets.Ensure safe handling of Systems and equipment provided.Respond accurately, promptly and effectively to call centre calls and quickly resolve difficulties with angry and frustrated customers in a polite manner.Exercise tact, patience and professionalism at all times in responding to customers, regardless of issue or customers demeanour.Ensure building up of a good image for the Company by responding positively to every call received.Demonstrating understanding of company values through attitude and behaviour and accountable for personal behaviourGeneral Duties/Key Responsibilities:Excellent spoken & written communication skills in EnglishBasic numeracy and IT skillsSelling, negotiation & closing skills over the phone will be criticalExcellent telephone etiquettes.Ability to absorb process updates in faced paced environment and provide accurate information to customersHave a flexible approach to UK shift times to work on a Rota basis (including Saturday & Sunday).Behavioural;Excellent interpersonal skills.Should be self-driven and be able to work under minimal supervision.Should have good multi-tasking and decision-making skills.Effective team playerFocused on achieving individual and team targets. Ability to handle pressure and forecast business projectionsBGV:-We do third party background verification for all our staff to ensure safety & welfare of our employees.Other details:Candidates are required to work 5 days a week as per rota.We have hiring zones so that transport is able to cover them and maintain agreed pick up and drop.
