Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals Govern and Review safety metrics from time to timeCore Purpose of the role: This role will be responsible for business intelligence reporting and automation.Role Accountabilities: Leadership reporting: Maintain & update key reports for the leadership that includes commercial tracker, weekly pipeline reports, MERM deck. Finance, BD, PMO and Tech team support: Provide support to Sales team with data reporting for business closure and sales. Support to RFX Team: Report weekly on trends on proposal submission, Win analysis and Top lost values.
