Trouble shooting and maintenance of instruments and not limited to Akta pure, Biosafety cabinet, Autoclave, Deep Freezer, UV, Capillary Electrophoresis, Nova Bioflex, Vi-Cell, Finesse Bioreactor.Attend breakdown of Downstream Processing and Upstream processing instruments in lab and get it operational with support from instrument vendor and E&M teamResponsible for IQ/OQ/ PQ related activities of new instrument installation, calibration and maintain the supportive documents in coordination with QA and E&M teamMaintain calibration schedule for the instruments in on monthly basis by coordination with E&M.Handle compliance related activities (change control document for instruments coordinating with Engineering & Maintenance / DQA & EHSS, Environmental Health and Safetycoordination with instrument vendor/Technical team and E&M team for maintaining spares required to avoid breakdownMaintain/monitor equipment log books, history card and list of AMC equipment s.Maintain down time/Break down of the equipment and taking corrective action to reduce the break down timeProvide technical support during installation of lab equipment with support of E&M and vendor.Maintain Inventory spares parts of Lab equipment in coordination with E&M and vendor.Knowledge of documentation work and report preparation regarding Qualification and preventive maintenance, change control required to be filled of all equipment s.Coordination with end user/Technical team and supportive group related to instrument issues.Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safetyAttend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted companySalary: Not Disclosed by RecruiterIndustry: Pharma / Biotech / Clinical Research Functional Area: Medical , Healthcare , R&D , Pharmaceuticals , Biotechnology Role Category: R&DRole: Research ScientistEmployment Type: Full Time, Permanent , Education:UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, InstrumentationPG - MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization
