Job Requirements :- Provide support as a Microsoft Vendor to the different MS Dynamics 365 customers across APAC and another region.- Understand customer issues for the product d365 F and O.- Triage customers bug and report the bug on the respective tool.- Communicate with Microsoft core team and provide the update on respective issues.- Handled service now to identify new customer cases.- Provided support on various advisory cases related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality.- Collaborated with technical consultants and other project team members to ensure the functional specifications identified have been met.- Communicate with Users and provide them training on new changes on the product.- Prepared detailed FDD and test the same after development.,
