Job Description

    Ensuring that all the expenses are recorded accurately in the books of accounts and the payments are processed as per the agreed SLA and the credit period KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
    • Accounts Payable : Managing the accounts payable function and ensuring that all the payable invoices are accounted on time with no errors. Ensuring that invoices are paid on time as per the agreed credit terms with vendor
    • Payroll Management - Review of monthly payroll inputs received from HR and output file received from the external consultant. Ensuring that payroll is processed accurately on time every month. Review of the full and final settlement for the resigned employees and processing of the same as per agreed SLA. Review of the flexible payments made to the employees as per the Company guidelines and the employee entitlement and processing the same as per the timelines
    • Employee Reimbursement- Managing the employee reimbursement process Reviewing the claims made and processing the employee reimbursement including travel reimbursemnt as per the Company guidelines. Ensuring that the reimbursement is paid as per the agreed SLA
    • Provisioning - Ensuring adequate provisioning is done in the month end and year end for all the Accounts payable, Payroll and Employee related expenses
    • Service tax: Ensuring that the service tax recoverable is accounted appropriately. Ensuring that the returns are filed on time and the claim for the recoverable is made as per the timeline
    • Compliance : Ensuring that all the statutory payments including Service tax, PF, WHT, VAT PT are filed on time
    • Ensure building skills for Finance team (hiring and up skilling/cross skilling) as per targets set. Having a engaged and diversed workforce.
    • Achieve the targeted customer satisfaction score
    EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
    1. B.Com, M.com
    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    1. Overall 15 to 20 Years
    2. Relevant 10- 15 years manaing the accounts payable function of a large organisation.
    DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
    • Knowledge of the various staututes appliacble to an organsiation and compliance for the same
    • Managing a large team
