  • Own the roadmap, architecture and development of Cisco cloud collaboration software that cuts across core functionality, analytics, solution validation and operations.
  • Present & Influence technical concepts/solution to internal and external partners
  • Build test driven, highly scalable collaboration micro services in the cloud with CI/CD and Agile Methodologies using one or more of below technologies
  • Bring a strong perspective that inspires change and motivates engineers to develop simple solutions to sophisticated problems
  • Mentor and provide Technical Guidance and Leadership to the engineers
Skills Required:
  • You are an Engineer with 9 to 12 Years of experience in below technologies:
  • Java and features like Lambda, Multithreading, Spring, Spring Boot applications, RESTful web services and web socket
  • Linux, Docker, VMware, Open Stack, AWS, Jenkins, Ansible, Elastic Search, Kibana
  • Working experience in designing & developing either Teamwork products or Cloud hosted services (Software as a Service)
  • Strong understanding of development and integration approaches, test methodologies
  • Strong Operating system and Networking fundamentals (Linux, IP, TCP/UDP, DNS)
  • Ability to take up end to end development, test and operate a collaboration service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exposure to working with the teams spread across different time zones and locations
Skills Desired:
  • Experience on VOIP technologies such as SIP, RTP & RTCP
  • Knowledge in security frameworks, concepts, and technologies like OAuth2, SAML, SSO, Identity and Access Management
  • Knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge on asynchronous transactions, event driven pattern
