Job Description

Responsibilities

You are responsible for writing efficient and maintainable code. Our current technologies are JAVA / J2EE / Hibernate / Spring / JSP / Servlets / Struts
You are a generalist and able to work across the software stack
You will have to find efficient and thoughtful solutions to a variety of technical and product challenge.
You are responsible for the back end server side coding but if required can work on front end too.

Requiremen ts

BE/MCA in Computer Science or related technical field (MS is a plus)
2+ years as an coder / developer in Java and J2EE
Strong understanding of OOPs and developing
You are a web developer with mad coding skills, who can build innovative applications fast and with high quality
Your have working knowledge of Hibernate / Springs / JSP / Struts / JSON / JBoss
Your understand Web Service Technology ( JAX-RS, JAX-WS, WSDL/SOAP/UDDI)
Strong SDLC knowledge
You are passionate about users we are here to delight them!
You can take ownership of a feature from idea to production, with minimal guidance and supervision.

Devel op web applications that look beautiful and work great across a wide range of browsers and platforms
Identify potential technical issues early in the design phase of the front-end development cycle
Collaborate with design and product team on new features and usability improvements
Share knowledge about front-end development and help the team improve its skills
Utilize latest and greatest web development technologies, while still providing good user experience for older platforms

Requi rements

Graduat ion in Computer Science or related field, or rock solid knowledge of CS fundamentals
Excellent track record of front-end development work
Solid knowledge of Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax for desktop and mobile web clients
Good understanding of event driven programming and familiarity with client side MVC frameworks
Knowledge of HTTP protocol, web standards, and browser/OS quirks
Great eye for UI design, and excellent usability intuition
Familiarity with front-end debugging tools and expertise in automated front-end testing
Expertise in maintain standard coding practice to ensure consistent performance across various browsers and operating systems,
