Job Description

    *
    • Influence the design of the products from the most upstream phases of the Offer Creation Process: simultaneous and collaborative design of products, processes and flows.
    • Propose scenarios of Industrial Strategy that ensure the consistency between BU & GSC: meet or exceed business,industrial & customer requirements
    • Integrate the logistic offer requirements in the design of processes and flows, promote late differentiation of products and maximum standardization of materials, omponents, subassemblies.
    • Lead the design and implementation of the overall supply chain and manufacturing processes
    • Manage the process and flow qualification in collaboration with supply chain region including manufacturing plants in order to prepare a successful industrial transfer
    • Lead Industrialization and Supply Chain development activities on a cross functional team.
    • Act as Project Manager for Industrialization and supply chain activities to ensure timely and effective execution of Schedule, Budget, Quality, Supply Chain implementation.
    • Forecasts and tracks Project Capital Cost, Project Labor and Project Cost necessary to industrialize new products, utilizing the expertise of Industrialization team.
    • Fully coordinates Overall Product Cost deliverable for understanding of Project Business Case impacts for New Product Introduction.
    • Works collaboratively with cross functional leaders and team members, with some located in other geographic regions and cultures.
    Expectation::
    • High Leadership and communiction skill requirement, to coordinate Indus team, OCP project team and Global Supply Chain
    • More than 5 years working experience in Industrial Project management, under OCP Framework for PMP projects. Expert in new products introduction to manufacture, new product develoment procedure, Product Costing calculation.
    • Working experience in manufacture plant, to be familiar with manufacture factory organization and workflow
    • Understands and develops Industrialization Project schedule including Critical path impacts of Indus activities and processes.
    • Current knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment technologies and ability to analyze these technologies as its related to applicability for use in production departments and the manufacturing facility.
    • Able to maintain a strong partnership with Industrial Quality to maximize the product & process quality.
