Job Description

    Key Responsibilities :- Develop optimization strategies to increase the websites and apps organic traffic and improve conversion rates.- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization and work with the content team to deliver content SEO strategies.- Define and execute on SEO & ASO strategy and roadmap, including leveraging internal and external resources, managing dependencies and deadlines.- Manage and monitor impact of changes. Monitor key KPIs, measure against goals and present data and way forward.- Keep upto date on new and trending SEO and ASO developments, methodologies and create an action plan to put them into execution.- Create a hypothesis to run AB tests to improve conversion in App and Website.- Develop and implement link building and other off-page strategies.- Recommend changes to app store listing, website architecture, inter-linking, and other factors to improve overall SEO & ASO.- Review technical SEO, ASO issues and recommend fixes.- Manage external agencies and work on building SEO/ASO plan and strategies. Expectation from the candidate :- 4-6 years of Digital Marketing experience- 1-2 years of management and employee development experience. - A data-driven approach to marketing - Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and research skills- Should have good oral and written communication skills- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and ground executionFunctional Competencies :- Advanced knowledge of SEO & ASO.- Strong understanding of Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Google Search Console, Google Analytics- Expert in SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs) and ASO tools (SensorTower, Apptweak). - High level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.- Fair understanding of Google Adwords, Facebook Adverts.- SQL Knowledge is a Plus.,
