We are fierce consumer advocates, who work hard to optimize our account creation, in-app, and online experiences for account servicing to best meet our customer s needs. While each domain team has deep knowledge and responsibility in their areas, we are also a horizontal organization, meaning that we work closely with cross-functional teams across all of PayPal, Inc to ensure we are supporting the latest and greatest products and services, legal or compliance requirements, and other business priorities. Our team is responsible for consumer onboarding and core platforms. We optimize the account creation experiences for our users, where every click, field, and word counts, to drive the best conversion for our prospective customers.In this role, you will be responsible for the roadmap of the Onboarding Platform, which has a goal to unify the many signup flows across PayPal Inc while providing customized onboarding experiences based on the user s intention. You will be actively engaging cross-functionally with multiple parties such as Design, Engineering, PMO, Risk, Data Services and other domain teams to deliver PayPal consumers with the best onboarding experiences while streamlining onboarding work across many areas of the company. You will optimize platform performance and experience, create platforms which ensure data quality and consistency in our accounts, and build the best possible product for both our internal and external customers.In your role as a Product Manager, you will:
