Job Description

Job scope/summary:

  • The SLM and Reporting On boarding Lead is part of the SLM and Reporting Solutions Team and is responsible for the end to end implementation of infrastructure, tools and scripts that will allow the provision of the required customer SLA and non-SLA reporting, for the on-boarding of tower specific SLAs and reports and for the implementation of DXC standard and custom SLM and Reporting processes.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
  • The SLM and Reporting On boarding Lead is accountable for the implementation of the standard reporting solution and for the customizations required by the contract for DXC customers. The SLM and Reporting On boarding Lead works in a distributed environment with account teams across the globe, development teams in the US and India and support staff within India and Eastern Europe.
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
  • End to end SLM and Reporting On boarding Project Management Transformation plan creation, deliverables definition, timelines alignment, dependencies and risks identification, sign-off completion and project closure activities.
  • Contractual ITO related FMO reporting requirements collection & gap analysis.
  • Attend internal and client meetings when required;
  • Support Customer and Supplier relationships some travel may be required.
  • Stakeholder management establish and maintain strong working relationships with high management and process owners
  • Develop customer SLM and Reporting process documentation; defines customer/DXC process touch-points, R&R mapping, process KPIs, process specific templates and forms
  • Ensure the alignment of implemented SLM and Reporting processes with the respective process enabling tools; be the link between the process and the tool world during T&T project
  • Develop process training material and deliver trainings to DXC shared delivery organization (Global Delivery Centers) and Account Support Teams for established ITSM processes in new accounts
  • Setup of Service Level and other contractual reports PDXC, SRA and towers specific.
  • Coordination of data collection agents deployment.
  • Specifications of enhancements and additions to the reporting infrastructure (data warehouse, reports)
  • Follow up on development teams deliverables
  • Validation of the end to end report production process
  • Hand-over of the reporting solution to support teams
  • Fulfil all QMS project documentation requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the SLM and Reporting On-boarding Team by adding value to process and tools improvements, automation and development where possible

Education (degree) and professional experience required:
  • Engineering degree in Computer Science/Information systems or related field or Economics and related,
  • 5 years or plus of IT experience.
Other requirements:
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large worldwide virtual cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence querying tools (like Business Objects WebI, Crystal Reports, SQL, Jaspersoft)
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • ITSM awareness
  • Second language other than English is a plus
Personal skills and qualities:
  • Self-motivated, self-started, flexible, pro-active, able to work to tight deadlines
  • Can do attitude.
Technical skills: (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):
  • Familiarity with Data warehousing modelling (star schema) / OLAP
  • Knowledge of OpenView suite (NNM, OVPI, OVPA, OVR, OVO )
