Job Description

Role Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following:

  • Deliver required tasks in a timely manner while also helping and guiding other team members
  • Collaborate with other parts of the technology team, including product, development, marketing, etc. to deliver a solid product.
  • Review requirements provided by the business for key projects.
  • Provide a testing strategy and approach.
  • Support identification of the right testing strategy, tool, and frameworks.
  • Contribute to project plans if needed.
  • Ensure that all tasks undertaken are completed to a quality standard. This includes delivery on time, within budget and to specification.
  • Ensure yourself and others follow departmental workflow processes, work in a transparent manner, check- in code promptly, report development progress in workflow tracking tools.
  • An enthusiastic approach to extending knowledge and learning new skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering, (strongly preferred), or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of working experience in technologies stated below.
  • Strong skills in the automation and automation frameworks.

Must have worked on:

  • Java
  • Junit
  • Selenium
  • Node.js
  • Relational databases: Postgres/Oracle

Nice to have:

  • BDD and Cucumber
  • JavaScript
  • Continuous Delivery
  • AWS
  • Basic knowledge of UI and UX frameworks
