Experience with a variety of types of testing, including regression, performance, stress, unit, integration, and security testing Design and develop automated scripts to verify feature, functionality and performance of products. Work with the Product Managers and Developers to design, develop and maintain automation framework for use in development and testing cycles. Perform a variety of types of testing, including functional, data transformation, regression, API, integration and performance testing when not involved in Automation Testing. Create and maintain QA metrics. Develop strong understanding of business processes and data Should be able to help with Performance Testing when load, stress & volume testing of the Product is in scope. Participate in design, code, test strategy, test planning and test architecture reviews to improve PDLC process. Ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize test execution and report on test execution progress and resultsDesired Skills: Have experience in scripting languages like Python, Java and Ruby. Communicating with service-based application architectures (REST API) Experience with continuous integration and automation environments Web Application automation test tools (such as Selenium, Robot) Hands on experience Performance Testing tools like Load Runner & JMeter. Experience working with an agile product development / product design team to deliver automation code and scripts as part of an Agile-sprint-based software development process.
