In your role as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for Control plane team, you will deliver Software Solutions for Next Generation Control Plane based on our Linux software and technology. You will design, develop test framework, automate and manual test a variety of application use cases that runs on our high performance platforms. This is also an opportunity to contribute standards and virtualization features back to open source. The Job You are one of the smartest people on the planet Build strong technical expertise on software architectural testing methodology for Control Plane. Key technology areas include - Virtualization cloud, 3G, 4G, 5G and scalability Test and Automate and customize usecases for diameter protocols, communication stacks (ie TCP/ IP, SCTP, UDP), scalability for our software Deep- dive into developing the test environment and framework for to solve a complex problem from customers Lead end to end testing lifecycle of of Sandvine products What skills you bring: BTech or MTech (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science Strong understanding of 3GPP standards Experience in Test development (automation framework) Excellent programming skills in Python Strong understanding of test Methodology 4+ years of Experience in Networking Test Framework automation and Manual Testing Debugging and troubleshooting using GDB, Profiling tools for CPU and memory 2+ years of experience in software Test Framework development and Software testing in the Telecommunication Industry Strong understanding of Networking Concepts like TCP/ IP, Switching and Routing. Understanding of Openstack components and relevant experience is desirable Understanding of virtualization technology, libvert, kvm, qemu is desirable
