Job Description

    Experience on VMware ESX and ESXi (6.6/6.5/7.0/7.5) and windows server 2012/2016/2019 Knowledge on creating VM using template, change CPU, memory and datastore configuration in VMware Experience in monitoring services and service availability, raise ticket in ServiceNow and sending communication. VM deployment skills form Templates and OVA/OVF * P2V and V2V conversion skills Knowledge and experience on Windows server operating systems (Windows 2019,2016, 2012, 2008) management and administration L3 support for Active directory/ O365 ( ID management , e-mail support) Having knowledge on O365 L3 support Has understating on server hardware , management console like iLO, iDRAC Able to work on shifts, perform patching activity for Windows servers and VMware has hands-on experience on remote support for Windows servers /VMware/Hyper-V Should be a quick learner . Ability to engage with customer and internal teams for providing technical insights and analysis. Good communication skills Oral, written and presentation skills.Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas ITIL Process, MCP Incident Management (Including escalations and progress monitoring) Lifecycle management of Security devices and create process if missing Planning and implementation of version changesJOB DESCRIPTION Drive and achieve SLA and KPIsInternal & External Working Relationships Internal: IT department, all M+H departments on a local level External: Global partners (like Microsoft, Vmware, HPE, Data protector) and Local Service Providers/VendorsJob Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Any Degree from reputed University or Institute At least one relevant professional level certification such as the would be an advantage 7+ years of progressive experience in supporting Enterprise customer infrastructure. Ability to work in team and good communication Sound knowledge in networking concepts Fluency in technical English (written and spoken)
