Job descriptionProvide leadership and deep technical expertise in all aspects of solution design and application development for specific business environments. In this role, you will be responsible for laying out critical test strategies and plans encompassing multiple complex features. You will also be strategizing and driving grounds-up test methodologies in the team, building and architecting automation frameworks that help to bring immediate predictability into the quality cycle. You will require to have great design and coding skills, with demonstrated history of picking complex technical problems and driving them to conclusion.Roles and responsibilitiesResponsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient mannerDesign and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performanceResponding promptly and professionally to bug reportsReview and repair legacy codeExpected to conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep our systems current with changing technologiesAnalyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problemsAnalyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmersResponsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programmingResponsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality productResponsible for development of new programs, analyzes current programs and processes, and making recommendations which yield a more cost effective productWrites, edits, and debugs new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired outputTests new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate; assists lower-level programmers with programming assignmentsRequired qualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related fieldAt least 3 years of relevant experience java/j2ee and web 2.0 technologiesExpert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript and restful servicesA deep understanding of mobile app, mobile web, and responsive web design best practicesExcellent expertise in SQL databases for designing and modellingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven task management and leadership skillsMust have the ability to work in a team,
