Working closely with the TestAnalyst , use effective automated and manual testing techniques at variouslevels to ensure the software is correct , performant and robust. Ensure the technical productdocumentation that describes the system and its operation is up- to- date andmeets the needs of the business. Work with technicians toimprove system operations , reliability , and troubleshoot problems. Triage , investigate and resolvesoftware defects with the minimum impact and risk. Work with third- parties to defineand implement interactions with other components. Understand and apply theproduct build and delivery pipeline , and make improvements to it.
