Job Description

    1. Conduct interviews / meetings with business stakeholders to examine existing systems / business models / workflows / User needs and document these interactions to prepare SDLC documents. 2. Work with them in brainstorming sessions to ideate and capture systems specifications, functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements. 3, Prepare SDLC documents like Scope Document, Business Requirements Document (BRD) , Functional Requirement Specification Document (FRS), Product Backlog with User Stories, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) etc.4. Work along with UI / UX designers in conceptualizing and preparing usable prototypes , wireframes and working models of new systems or existing systems components5. Work along with senior product developers in defining and building component level specifications for new systems or amending existing system. Own change management in current systems and products6. Work with stakeholders to plan and prioritize features and product iterations. Define success, metrics, and runway for the product and analyse metrics that inform the success of products7. On time delivery - Ensuring the documentation / self deliverables are on time through continual improvement.8. Quality Benchmark - Ensure that the documentation / self deliverables are with best quality and with minimal iterations. 9. Perform product demos to internal and external customers 10. Ensuring effective and timely communication with the project stakeholders and team members.11. Self manage time / deliverables and work in ambiguous and frequently changing environment12. Ensure compliance to processes laid down by the department and the organization.Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements :1. Minimum 5+ years relevant experience as a Systems Analyst in a product engineering and technical solutioning role in a large / complex enterprise environment2. Must have at least 4 years of experience in executing medium / large Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, RPA, Big Data, Analytics, and Enterprise CMS projects.3. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and have extensive experience facilitating large groups of business users , technical specialists and senior management team 4. Must have excellent abilities to articulate and facilitate technical, business and analytical discussions across all disciplines. Must have proven ability to work with cross-functional teams without formal authority.5. Experience creating detailed SDLC and PDLC documents like Scope Document, Business Requirements Document (BRD) , Functional Requirement Specification Document (FRS), Product Backlog with User Stories, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) etc, project status reports and product presentations.6. Must have competency in Microsoft Office products , visual design and wire-framing tools like UXPin, Balsamiq, Axure RP or others and UML tools like Modelio , Visio etc.7. CBAP , CCBA , CSPO Certification nice to have8. Knowledge of open source technologies / tools / languages will be an advantage.9. Must be passionate to self learn , un-learn and re-learn new concepts / technologies and bring innovation / ideas forward10. Must have ability to deal with ambiguity and change.11. Must have ability to self manage , plan and execute tasks with minimum supervision,
