Job Description

Work on front and rear propeller & side Shaft of Cars, Van.
Work on engineering change management by using Mercedes tools like SAMARGD, DIALOG,ACM & SRM
Work on e-differentials layouts design and concept
Work on packaging of internal and external driveline components at vehicle level
Work on theoretical calculations and tolerance stack up.
Work on 3D model and drawing of driveline components
Work on variant management of drivelines
Work on VA-VE project for driveline
Work with supplier integration and development for driveline
Maintain the CAD data with SMARAGD (Engineering Client).

Qualification :- Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical /Automobile
Experience in drive shaft, hub shaft, side shaft -driveline design & development
Experience in 3D model and 2D of driveline components.
Experience in engineering change management
Experience in packaging of driveline system at vehicle level
Knowledge of various vehicle layout & Architecture
Knowledge of manufacturing process like casting, forging, sheet metal forming. Spline & gears
Should have knowledge about Team Center and knowledge about SMARAGD (Engineering Client) will be added advantage
German Language would be an added advantage
